Industries

For fleets where honest hours matter.

Construction, agriculture, rental, and mixed road + off-road operations. The unifying theme: meters lie unless someone reads them, and PM windows go to hell when no one's tracking. Built for that exact problem.

Why this exists

Three things every honest fleet needs.

Whether the unit is a CAT 320, a JD combine, or a Ford pickup — the same three things make or break a maintenance program.

Meters you can defend

Photo of the dash beats a clipboard. Last reading is suggested; jumps are flagged before save.

Maintenance tied to reality

PM intervals fire on real meter hours, not someone's calendar guess. Auto-flag at the threshold.

Everyone who touches iron

Operators, drivers, and mechanics all log and flag — no per-seat tax punishing you for crew size.

Construction & earthmoving

Construction & earthmoving

The pain: Crews swap iron between job sites; meter readings live on radios, scrap paper, or in someone's head. How it shifts: One tap at end of shift. Photo of the meter if typing is awkward in gloves. PM alerts fire when the 320 hits 500 hours.

  • Excavators, dozers, skid steers, articulated trucks
  • Light towers, generators, compressors
  • Service trucks and one-tons

Ag & rental fleets

Ag & rental fleets

The pain: Tractors and headers cycle through operators all season; rental units come back with rough hour estimates. How it shifts: Driver pins their unit; logs are tagged to the operator automatically. Rental returns get a verified meter photo.

  • Tractors, combines, sprayers
  • Skid loaders and telehandlers
  • Trailers, attachments, drone fleet (yes, we count those too)

Mixed road + off-road

Mixed road + off-road

The pain: On-road tools that price by truck miss your yellow iron; off-road tools want a CMMS rollout you can't justify. How it shifts: One app, one rate, both sides. F-150s and Silverados log miles; the CAT 320 logs hours; the trailer behind the F-250 logs as a check-in. All on one screen.

  • F-150s, Silverados, Transits alongside loaders & forklifts
  • Pickups + skid steers + a couple of dump trailers
  • Owner-operator + crew, 5–50 assets

FAQ

What managers want to know

Will the field crew actually use it?

That's the design constraint we obsessed over. End-of-day push, one-tap log or one-photo log, no logbook moralizing. Beta fleets are seeing 90%+ adoption inside a week.

How fast can I roll it out?

Same day. Import existing assets via CSV, send drivers the install link. White-glove import is included for the beta cohort.

What do I see when something breaks?

Push notification on red flags within seconds. Dashboard shows the asset, the photo, the note, and the driver. You triage from your phone or hand off to the mechanic queue.

What's the seat math?

There isn't any. Unlimited drivers, mechanics, and managers. You're billed per tracked asset, not per user.
