The service

FleetGo.app provides software for fleet maintenance intelligence, logging, reminders, and related workflows. Features may change; we will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid disruptive changes during paid terms where we have committed otherwise in an order form.

Accounts & access

You are responsible for credentials, accurate registration information, and activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, probe or circumvent security, overload systems, or use the service in violation of law.

Customer data

You retain rights to data you submit. You grant FleetGo a license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service (including machine-learning features you opt into). You represent you have authority to submit telematics, employee, and asset data you connect.

AI outputs

AI-generated diagnoses, forecasts, and suggestions are advisory. Licensed professionals and operators remain responsible for safety-critical decisions, regulatory compliance, and maintenance sign-off.

Third-party integrations

Telematics, OEM, and accounting integrations depend on third-party availability and terms. FleetGo is not responsible for outages or changes by those providers.

Fees & trials

Pricing follows published plans or executed order forms. Trial periods convert to paid subscriptions only when you explicitly enable billing with a valid payment method where required.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. FLEETGO DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LIABILITY CAPS AND EXCLUDED DAMAGES WILL BE SET IN A FINAL AGREEMENT.
