For mechanics & shop

The meter, the flag, and the photo. All in one queue.

Trust the meter: service intervals tied to real hours. Flags routed to you in real time.

Your queue

Sorted by urgency. Not by alphabet, not by who shouts loudest.

Red flags up top. Yellow flags next. Then assets approaching hour-based PM. One screen, real-time, ranked.

  • Red = urgent / out of service. Pages you the moment a driver taps flag.
  • Yellow = needs repair (routine). Goes in the queue.
  • Auto-flag rows when an asset crosses a service interval.
  • Tap any row → asset history, photos on flag, recent logs.

Hour-based PM

Set the interval once. The meter does the rest.

Configure 'service every 250 hours' once per asset class. The system auto-flags yellow when an asset crosses the threshold based on real meter readings — not some calendar approximation.

  • Per-asset-class intervals (e.g. excavator vs. light tower)
  • Auto-yellow at threshold; you review and schedule
  • Hour history one tap deep — no system-hopping
  • When PM is done, log it; flag clears, counter resets

Resolve flags in the yard

Notes, photos, parts used — works offline.

The work happens in the yard, not at a desk. The mechanic interface is built for tablet + phone, with the same offline-first sync as the driver flow.

  • Add notes via voice-to-text or typing
  • Snap before / after photos
  • Log parts and labor hours into the repair record
  • Closes the flag automatically; manager sees it cleared

Permissions

What mechanics control.

Mechanics own the repair side: clearing flags, logging fixes, setting service intervals. They don't manage org membership or billing — that's the org admin's lane.

You can

  • Log hours and flag any asset (same as drivers)
  • Resolve / clear flags with notes + photos
  • Log repair work, parts used, labor hours
  • Set service intervals per asset class
  • View asset hour history and recent logs
  • Receive push (and SMS) on red flags

You can't

  • Add or remove assets from the fleet
  • Invite or remove other team members
  • Change billing or org settings
  • Export fleet-wide reports (manager role)

FAQ

Shop questions

How do I find which asset to fix first?

Mechanic dashboard sorts by urgency: red flags up top, then yellow flags, then assets approaching hour-based PM. One screen, ranked.

Can I clear flags from my phone in the yard?

Yes — and offline. Add notes, photos, parts used. Syncs the second you're back online.

How do hour-based service intervals work?

Set the interval once per asset class (e.g. “every 250 hours”). The system auto-flags yellow when an asset crosses the threshold based on real meter readings.

Can I export to my shop's spreadsheet?

Yes. CSV and PDF, per asset or fleet-wide. Most shops drop it straight into the existing template.

Beta cohort

Stop chasing operators for hours.

In the beta cohort, your shop gets direct input on what gets built next. White-glove setup of asset classes + intervals included.
